DOUBLE UNDERS!

DECEMBER 7 WOD

A. Snatch + OHS

- Practiced with 37k.


B. 15 Minute AMRAP
     5 HSPU
     5 Burpees
     25 Double Unders


- 7 rounds and 2 HSPU. Great wod!! I did all the double unders (my weakness) and managed to get a lot of rounds. woo!!!
