DECEMBER 3 WOD


B. 15 Minute AMRAP
     2 Turkish Get-Ups (one L, one R)
     8 Push -Up
     12 Goblet Squat


- 7 rounds + 2 TGU with a 20k KB. Tough but glad I used a 20k KB :)
